A rare opportunity to help shape the future of the remote Aboriginal art and culture sector

Arnhem Northern and Kimberley Artists Aboriginal Corporation (ANKA) is seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager Art & Culture Sustainability. This senior role will lead support for almost 40 Aboriginal-owned art and culture centres and 6,000 artists across ANKA’s regions in northern Australia.

You’ll work with boards of directors, managers, artists and partners to strengthen governance, operations and sustainability, deliver training, secure funding and coordinate major events including ANKA’s regional meetings and annual conference program.

We’re looking for a culturally grounded leader with strong governance, program and relationship skills.
