We Have A Plan — Arts Worker Extension Program

ANKA Arts Worker Extension Program (AWEP) graduates came together to capture the impact of the program and share the vision for AWEP2. Shot on location at the Grimwade Centre for Cultural Materials Conservation, University of Melbourne, where the nine Graduates completed their Specialist Certificate in Cross-Cultural Heritage and Conversation.

ANKA 25th Anniversary Celebration

On August 10 2012, to celebrate its 25th Anniversary ANKAAA coordinated a traditional Indigenous dance performance at the 29th Telstra National Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Art Awards.

ANKA Harvesting Traditional Knowledge: A two-way learning project - Yirrkala.

In May 2013 ANKA held the first of its Harvesting Traditional Knowledge workshops at Buku Larrnggay Mulka, Yirrkala, NT with the Grimwade Centre for Cultural Materials Conservation, University of Melbourne.

Directors Response to Fake Art

In 2017 ANKA's Board of Directors responded to a senate enquiry for the growing presence of inauthentic Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ‘style’ art and craft across products and merchandise for sale across Australia. This is their video submission.
